Bareilly: In a significant success, the Surveillance Team of Bareilly recovered 45 lost mobile phones and handed them back to their original owners, bringing immense relief and joy to the people. These mobile phones, valued at approximately ₹10 lakh, were recovered from Bareilly and nearby districts after complaints were lodged in various police stations and the SSP office.
The operation was carried out under the guidance of SP City Manush Pareek, with the Surveillance Cell assigned the task of tracing the lost devices. Utilizing the CEIR portal and other technical means, the team successfully located the missing phones. The recovered mobiles were returned to their owners in a function held at the police line during the course of the weekend.
The delighted owners, overjoyed to see their phones back in their hands, expressed their gratitude to SP City Manush Pareek and the surveillance team for their prompt and effective action. This recovery not only highlights the efficiency of the surveillance team but also strengthens the public’s trust in the local police force.
