Ayodhya: Ayodhya, the revered city, is gearing up for the auspicious month of Sawan, starting from July 22, along with the commencement of the Kanwar Mela.
Traffic Restrictions-
From July 29 onwards, four-wheelers will be prohibited from entering Ayodhya. The administration has decided to divert vehicles from other districts onto the highway to manage the anticipated influx of pilgrims.
Crowd Management-
With an expected increase in the number of Kanwariyas and devotees from July 28, the local administration has prepared extensive plans for security and crowd control.
Sawan Mondays-
Additionally, traffic diversions will be implemented every Monday during the Sawan month to ensure smooth movement and safety of the devotees.
These measures are part of the administration’s efforts to ensure a safe and orderly environment for the thousands of devotees who will flock to Ayodhya to participate in the religious festivities.
