Aspiring for encroachment free Lucknow

Lucknow: As per the instructions of Municipal Commissioner Inderjit Singh, intensive campaigns are being run continuously to take action against illegal occupants in the city and to free government lands/properties from encroachment. Till now, various government lands/properties worth crores of rupees, which were in possession for a long time, have been vacated.  In accordance with the instructions of Municipal Commissioner Inderjit Singh and the order of Additional Municipal Commissioner Pankaj Srivastava, under the leadership of Tehsildar Arvind Pandey and Naib Tehsildar Sanjay Singh, in the presence of Lekhpal Subhash Kaushal, Rakesh Yadav, Lalu Prasad, Alok Kumar, and Lekhpal of Tehsil and Municipal Corporation ETF, JCB jointly with the revenue staff, demolished the land recorded as pond in the revenue records of Gata number-351 area 3.056 hectares of village-Amaraigaon. After measuring the land, the illegal constructions of the encroachers on the pond were demolished and removed. A case was filed under the PP Act against the permanent construction.

JCB measured village-Madharmau’s Gata number-91 area 0.535 hectare, Gata number-68 area 0.051 hectare, Gata number-143 area 0.837 hectare pond in revenue records and Gata number-217 area 0.266 hectare barren land in revenue records jointly with the revenue staff and demolished and removed the illegal construction. Similar action was taken in other places.
