Lucknow: Seth Anandram Jaipuria Group of Schools organised the 5th edition of ‘Re Skilling – Up Skilling: Jaipuria Annual Refresher Training 2026’ in Lucknow on June 27th June and 28th June, 2026.
Themed “Safeguarding, Sensitivity & Scaffolding” — A Student-Centred Approach to Learning, Wellbeing & Growth”, the event was organized on the campus of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Shaheed Path, Lucknow. It commenced with an opening ceremony featuring the Chief Guest, Ms. Tvara Misra, IRS and Joint Commissioner of Income Tax and alumni of Seth Ananadram Jaipuria School, Kanpur, and Guest of Honour, Mr. Yash Jaipuria, Director, Jaipuria Group of Educational Institutions.
More than 400 teachers and principals from across the Seth Anandram Jaipuria Schools partner network took part in this refresher training and gained skills essential for staying abreast of the 21st century classrooms.
Addressing the gathering, Ms. Tvara Misra said, “I congratulate the organizers for having such a programme for teachers to come together, to build a community, act on things which are important and to repurpose themselves. I think in the times of AI particularly, this element of teacher being a role model is so important.”
In his address, Mr. Yash Jaipuria said, “We believe that every school in the Jaipuria network deserves the very best academic support. Your success is our success. That is why we work closely with our partner schools through regular training, academic guidance, classroom support, and leadership development.”

‘Re Skilling – Up Skilling: 5th Jaipuria Annual Refresher Training 2026’ featured pertinent sessions on topics such as “POCSO’, detailed information sharing on the Reforms Introduced by CBSE in 2026 and The Vision of School Leader.
Speaking about the programme, Mr. Taarun Chawlla, Sr. VP Partner Schools, said, “I firmly believe that teachers are the cornerstone of education and our endeavor is always to ensure continuous learning and professional development of educators across our partner school network.”
The refresher training also provided specific subject trainings to the teachers to unlearn and learn the new way of look at the classroom. The highlight of the event was the STTAR Awards. In the STTAR Teacher Awards category, Muskaan Jaiswal, from Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Varanasi, secured the first rank, followed by Neha Yadav from the Deoria school and Anamta Farooqui from the New Jajmau school getting the second and third rank. The Best Principal Award went to Mr. Dharminder Menon, from the Varanasi school. The Visionary Leadership Award was presented to Ms. Komal Dewan from the New Jajmau school. Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Varanasi, won the Best School Award.
