Dilip Singh Appointed Town President, Deepak Tiwari Takes Charge as Town Secretary
Gonda (Belsar): The Belsar Town Unit of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) under the Nandininagar district has constituted its new executive committee for the academic session 2026-27. The organizational election process concluded successfully with the unanimous selection of office-bearers, entrusting Dilip Singh with the responsibility of Town President and Deepak Tiwari as Town Secretary.
The announcement was made during a meeting attended by ABVP workers and senior organizational leaders. The newly formed committee is expected to lead the student organization’s activities in the region over the coming academic year.
Addressing the gathering, Adarsh Tiwari ‘Azad’, Parishad speaker and Department Convener, highlighted the organization’s mission, working style, and rich legacy. He said that ABVP has consistently worked toward nation-building by nurturing patriotism, leadership qualities, and social responsibility among students.
The election process was conducted by Dr. Anupam Pandey, Department Head and Election Officer, who oversaw the proceedings in a democratic and disciplined manner. Congratulating the newly elected office-bearers, he expressed confidence that the new team would strengthen the organization’s outreach and student engagement initiatives.
The programme was presided over by former Principal Ajit Singh, who appreciated the commitment and enthusiasm of the workers. Monu Singh, representative of the Nagar Panchayat Chairman, extended his congratulations to the newly elected office-bearers and marked the occasion by distributing sweets among participants.
Several senior ABVP leaders and members were present at the event, including District Organization Secretary Akash Pandey, former President Ashok Kumar, newly elected Vice Presidents Raghunath Dwivedi, Manish Pandey, and Rajesh Singh, as well as Joint Secretary Kanchan Bharti.

Other prominent attendees included Alok Yadav, Abhishek Tiwari, Rajni Jaiswal, SFD Convener Satyam Mishra, SFS Convener Gulshan Sharma, Town Khelo Bharat Convener Raj Shukla, and Ashutosh Verma.
Welcoming the newly elected team, senior members expressed confidence that the executive committee would work with dedication to protect students’ interests, strengthen the organization at the grassroots level, and expand its presence across educational institutions in the region.
In their remarks, the newly appointed office-bearers thanked the organization’s leadership for reposing faith in them. They pledged to work diligently to take the ideals, policies, and programmes of ABVP to every student and to foster a positive and constructive academic environment on campuses.
The formation of the new executive committee marks the beginning of a new organizational session for ABVP Belsar, with the leadership committed to promoting student welfare, academic excellence, and nation-building values among the youth.
