Leaders’ Club Organises Bada Mangal Celebration Near IT College Metro Station in Lucknow

Lucknow: Continuing the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of Lucknow, the Leaders’ Club organised a grand Bada Mangal celebration on Tuesday at the Central Bank premises near the IT College Metro Station. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from people belonging to different communities, reflecting the city’s famed spirit of harmony and brotherhood.

The programme began with the recitation of Sundarkand, with devotees gathering in large numbers to offer prayers and seek blessings of Lord Hanuman. The devotional atmosphere resonated with spiritual chants and collective prayers, creating an ambiance of faith and unity.

Following the religious ceremony, a traditional bhandara was organised for devotees and visitors. Along with the distribution of meals, gud-chana was also served as part of the customary offerings associated with Bada Mangal celebrations in the city.

Organisers said the event aimed to preserve Lucknow’s age-old tradition of communal participation and service during the sacred Tuesdays of the Jyeshtha month. People from various backgrounds came together to take part in the celebrations and voluntary service activities.

Among those present on the occasion were Mamta, Devdutt, Prakash, Smriti, Ritu, Amarjeet Singh, Manoj Daniel and Tanzeem Sartaaz, who actively participated in the arrangements and community service during the programme.

The celebration once again highlighted Lucknow’s enduring culture of inclusiveness, devotion and collective harmony during the auspicious Bada Mangal festivities.
