Mumbai: Audiences are set to revisit the soulful lanes and ghats of Varanasi as acclaimed actor Dhanush and filmmaker Aanand L Rai reunite for the much-anticipated romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein. The film is scheduled for its World Television Premiere on March 27 at 8 PM on Sony MAX.
Regarded as one of the most awaited films of 2025, Tere Ishk Mein is widely seen as a spiritual successor to the cult classic Raanjhanaa, which redefined romantic storytelling in Indian cinema over a decade ago. While Raanjhanaa introduced audiences to the innocence and obsession of Kundan, the new film presents Shankar—a more intense and layered character exploring deeper shades of love, passion, and emotional conflict.
