District Magistrate Reviews CM Dashboard and CMIS Portal Projects in Bareilly

Bareilly: A review meeting of development works registered under the Chief Minister’s Dashboard was held at the Collectorate auditorium under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Avinash Singh.

During the meeting, the District Magistrate conducted a point-wise review of the progress of works uploaded by various departments on the CM Dashboard and issued necessary directions to ensure timely completion and data accuracy.

While reviewing projects under the CMIS portal, it was observed that the pace of works being executed by the Tourism Development Corporation was slow. The District Magistrate directed that a separate review meeting be convened specifically for these projects. He also instructed that a nodal officer be appointed for each project and that concerned officials be mandatorily present in the review meeting to expedite progress.

Similarly, a review of projects under Jal Nigam (Urban) revealed unsatisfactory progress. The DM ordered a separate meeting to address bottlenecks and directed that officials from the Municipal Corporation and other urban local bodies be invited to ensure better coordination and accelerate implementation.

The District Magistrate issued strict instructions regarding the use of the e-Office system. He stated that from the upcoming month, if any officer or employee fails to log in or process file movements through e-Office, their salary will be withheld. He asked all departments to resolve any technical issues immediately and ensure mandatory use of the digital platform.

Emphasizing accountability, he directed all departmental officers to regularly monitor parameters listed on the CM Dashboard and keep data updated. He cautioned that any negligence affecting the district’s ranking would not be tolerated.

The Chief Development Officer instructed that departments executing construction works must conduct regular quality inspections. Before taking handover of projects, officers must ensure that all works are completed strictly as per the Detailed Project Report (DPR). Officials were asked to discharge their responsibilities with seriousness and diligence.

The meeting was attended by Chief Development Officer Devyani, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Vishram Singh, and other concerned officials.
