The case (No. 35/15) involved multiple serious charges against the accused, including sections 363 (kidnapping), 366 (abduction with intent to rape), 376 (rape), and 3/4 of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act. The incident occurred in the Naka Hindola area of Lucknow.
