Dr. Dinesh Sharma Highlights India’s Rapid Progress Towards Becoming a Developed Nation

Lucknow: On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Rajya Sabha Member and former Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, delivered an inspiring address at La Martiniere Boys’ Inter College, Lucknow. After hoisting the national flag, he addressed a gathering of thousands of students, parents, and teachers, emphasizing India’s rapid strides towards becoming a developed nation.

Dr. Sharma stated that India is advancing rapidly and setting new milestones in every sector. He highlighted that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India has set a clear goal to become a developed nation by 2047.

“This is a young and powerful India, a nation that is guiding the world,” Dr. Sharma said. He pointed out that while countries like China and Japan are witnessing an aging population, India boasts a large, young workforce. He stressed that the nation’s strength has grown across all areas, including defense, where advanced equipment like the Rafale fighter jets have enhanced the country’s military capability. Additionally, India’s nuclear power status has further solidified its position on the global stage.

The event was also attended by the Principal of the school, Gary Dominic Everett, Vice Principal Mark Karan, and Ornan Michael Bursar, as well as social workers Pawan Manocha and Harsh Shukla. The celebrations were a reflection of India’s national pride and the bright future it holds.
