Girls made aware of innate Shakti by Lucknow Police

Lucknow: Police Commissionerate Lucknow under Mission Shakti Phase-5 made the girl students realize their power.  An awareness program was organized  under Mission Shakti Abhiyan Phase-5 at Bal Nikeya Inter College Srinagar under Thana Madiyanv area.

In this program, women and girls were made aware of the security rights and the services available to them. On this occasion, Inspector Kiran Maurya, Inspector Reena Verma, Inspector Aaruj Prajapati and other officials of Thana Padias were present.

A program was organized  under Mission Shakti Abhiyan Phase in Lucknow at Chauraha Bazari etc. under Thana Aliganj area. In this program, women and girls were made aware of their security rights and the services available to them. Inspector Ashi Gumra and other women officials of Thana Aliganj were present on this occasion.

The purpose of the program was to make women and girl students aware of their rights, to give information about the government schemes available for security and the services being run by UP Police.

During this, important information related to women’s safety was shared, such as services like 1000 Women Helpline, 112 Emergency Service and Mahila Power Line were explained in detail.

In the program, it was told that various services have been activated by Chupi Police for the safety of women, which include measures like women helpline, smart city cameras, and field police patrolling.

Under the Mission Shakti campaign, women are being made aware of their rights. They are being educated on ways to avail the benefits of Aagyaraksha and Sarsi schemes.

The program aims to promote respect, security and equality towards women in the society.
