434 students of AKTU selected in TCS

Lucknow: 434 students of B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University have been selected in Tata Consultancy Service i.e. TCS. National Talent Hunt was organized by the company. In which students of the affiliated institutions of the university participated. 1321 students have been selected in the first phase examination result. Students have been selected by the company in the second phase result.

These students have been selected by the company for the post of Software Engineer in three profiles Prime, Digital and Ninja.

37 students have got a maximum package of Rs 11 lakh per annum in Prime profile. Apart from this, 122 students have been selected by the company on a maximum package of Rs 7 lakh 30 thousand per annum in Digital profile and 275 students have been selected in Ninja on a package of Rs 3 lakh 60 thousand per annum.

These students have been selected from 3778 students shortlisted by the company. Recently, the company had conducted interviews in the university campus under the personal round. Students were asked questions about their technical knowledge, internet, computer clouding, artificial intelligence, etc.

Apart from this, the personality of the students was also tested by the company’s experts. The communication skills of the students were also tested. After testing all the parameters, the company has declared the results.

At the same time, the maximum number of students selected in the company are 220 from ABES Engineering College Ghaziabad, 170 from KIET Ghaziabad, 145 from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College Ghaziabad and 106 from PSIT Kanpur.

Vice Chancellor Prof. JP Pandey congratulated the students on getting campus placements in such a large number. He said that the university is trying to get more students placed on campus in the future. He said that this is a big achievement. Such drives will be organized in the coming days. The interview has been conducted by the Dean Training and Placement Department.
