Lucknow: Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, successfully hosted the much-anticipated Business Communication Conclavecentered around the theme “Impact of Digital Communication Tools on Workplace Collaboration”.
The event featured a distinguished panel of speakers who shared their insights on how digital communication tools are reshaping professional interactions and fostering collaboration in modern workplaces.
The esteemed panel of speakers of the BC conclave included AninditaMookerjee Sinha, Head GCC Client Communication, Ernst & Young; Bhaswati Chakravorty, Vice President, Corporate Communication, Bank of America; and Anup Sharma, Strategic Communications Consultant, PMNCH, WHO.

True progress, she noted, arises from truth and collaboration, setting the stage for an insightful exploration of the conclave’s themes.
Initiating the theme of the conclave, Dr.Abha R. However, challenges like security and accountability persist. AI complements work but cannot replace the human touch. Effective engagement requires continuous feedback, addressing generational gaps, and empowering managers as key points of contact for employees”.
Anup Sharma said, “Digital communication empowers us to connect with people effectively, ensuring outreach is timely and appropriate while significantly saving time and enhancing collaboration.”
He highlighted the challenges of digital tools, including balancing teamwork and solitude, the rise of AI-generated misinformation, risks of data misuse without strong security, and high distractions. He also remarked on the “Blinker Generation,” emphasizing their demand for instant results in today’s fast-paced digital era.
