Gonda: Superintendent of Police Vineet Jaiswal participated in the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas held at the Tarabganj Tehsil on Saturday, where he joined revenue, police, and other departmental officials in hearing public grievances and directing their prompt resolution.
Organised in accordance with the directives of the Uttar Pradesh Government, the public grievance redressal programme provided residents with an opportunity to present their complaints directly before senior officials. During the session, officials carefully heard grievances related to various administrative and public service issues.
SP Vineet Jaiswal instructed officers of the police and revenue departments to ensure the speedy, transparent, and quality disposal of all complaints. He directed the concerned officials to visit the respective locations whenever necessary and resolve issues on the ground, with a focus on achieving comprehensive and satisfactory outcomes.
The Superintendent of Police also reminded officials to strictly adhere to the Uttar Pradesh Government’s guidelines for the effective conduct of Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas. He emphasized the importance of timely verification of complaints, prompt action, and ensuring that grievances are addressed within the prescribed time frame.
Officials were instructed to maintain accountability throughout the grievance redressal process and ensure that citizens receive fair and efficient administrative services. The initiative aims to strengthen public confidence by providing an accessible platform for resolving local issues through coordinated action by multiple departments.
Police personnel, revenue officials, and representatives from various government departments were present during the grievance redressal programme and participated in addressing the complaints received from the public.
