Schedule of Indian Army Agniveer recruitment exam released

New Delhi: The detailed schedule of the Indian Army Agniveer recruitment exam has been released. Post wise exam dates have been released which can be checked by visiting joinindianarmy.nic.in. Agniveer GD exam will be held on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 29th April. After this, the exam of Agniveer General Duty Woman MP, Agniveer Tech, Agniveer Tradesman 8th and 10th will be held on 30th April. The exam for the post of Agniveer Office Assistant will be held on 3 May 2024. Admit cards for all posts will be released soon. Army will release the admit card of Agniveer’s online written examination three days in advance. That means the admit card will be issued on 18th or 19th April. Its link will come on mobile and e-mail. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the same link. Candidates will have to get the colored admit card printed.

New test added for  Adaptability Test

This time, after passing the physical test, there will also be an adaptability test for all the posts in which it will be checked whether the candidate is fit to adapt to the military environment or not. The candidate who fails will be out of the recruitment process. Only those who pass this will be sent for medical.

Physical test

– There will be a physical test after the written test. Talking about physical test, under Group-1, you will have to run 1.6 km in 5 and a half minutes. 60 marks will be given for this. 10 pull ups will have to be done which will be of 40 marks.
– Under Group-2, you will have to run 1.6 km in 5 minutes 45 seconds. Pull ups will have to be done 9 times for which there will be 33 marks.

– Will have to jump 9 feet long. This just has to qualify.
– Just have to pass Zig Zag Balance Test.

Steps in Selection Process
First Stage – Online Common Written Examination
Second phase – Physical test. Only the successful candidates in the written examination will be called. And medical test, adaptability test.
Third Step – Merit list will be prepared.
Fourth phase – There will be allocation of Arms and Services.
Fifth step – Documentation.
Step Six – Reporting at the training centre.
