  1. International Delegation:

PaPSwap Centre for Public Policy, the Policy Engagement Partner for the Nodal Agency StartInUp, conducted its third international delegation to enhance the entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.

MOU for Global Innovation & Testing Unit in Jalaun:

Chamber for Indo-Russian Technology Collaboration(CIRTC), Russoft Association Russia & PapSwap Center for Public Policy Signed MoU With KannInnov Technologies and Infra Limited to develop a Global Innovation & Testing Unit in Jalaun Bundelkhand

MOU for Information, Technology, and Governance :

Chamber for Indo-Russian Technologies collaboration(CIRTC), signed  MOU with Feeding Trends – Bharat ka Social Media Platform & PapSwap Center for Public Policy.

For the information and data exchange via the Social Media platform of India, to tackle Western social media to have the power and governance with data privacy. The Feeding Trends platform will also be used for the informational exchange for the BRICS countries where India and Russia plays an important role

  1. Strategic Partnerships: PaPSwap Centre for Public Policy signed an MoU with Russoft Association Russia, Kanninnov Technologies Private Limited, Chamber for Indo-Russo Technology Collaboration, Russia, and Optimus Logic Systems India Private Limited to jointly establish a Centre of Excellence in Integrated Electronics Chip Manufacturing and System Architecture at CSMJU University Kanpur. This collaboration includes Joint Certification Programs, Degree Programs, Student Exchange Programs, and the development of a comprehensive public policy course. Additionally, collaboration in AI applications in Agriculture and Healthcare is planned, along with participation in the India Tech Congress BRICS + Moscow Event scheduled for September 2024.
  2. Mutual MoUs: Papswap Centre for Public Policy, Technology Sovereignty Export Association(TSEA) & Russoft Association, and Chamber for Indo-Russo Technology Collaboration signed mutual MoUs to promote governance and define common standards in technology, including areas of cooperation in technology between the two nations.
  3. Startup Promotion: G & A Itech Foundation & Vision Startups signed an MoU with the Chamber for Indo-Russo Technology Collaboration to promote startups in both India and Russia, fostering mutual growth and innovation in both countries.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards strengthening ties between India and Russia in technology, entrepreneurship, and public policy.
