Bareilly: Recently Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, organized an international conference in Bhutan in collaboration with Norbuling Rigtar College, Royal University of Bhutan, Indo Gulf Management Association, UAE, John Carroll University, USA, SSPG College, Shahjahanpur, Global Colleges of Management, Kathmandu Nepal. This conference was a part of the series of Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, MJPRU, Prof. KP Singh was the chief guest in the conference. Honorable Vice Chancellor appreciated the program and expressed his views for furthering the educational relations and also made his presence felt at the Indian Embassy. Program coordinator Prof. Dr. Tulika Saxena, Head and Dean, Faculty of Management, successfully organized the conference and took the event to the next level of success. Registrar MJPRU Shri Sanjeev Kumar Singh was also present in the conference.
During the conference, an important MoU was also signed between Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and Royal College, Bhutan. In future, programs like faculty and student exchange will be conducted. There were also discussions on signing MoUs with other educational institutions of Bhutan.
More than 15 research papers were presented in offline mode and more than 100 research papers were presented in online mode in the conference. In panel discussion and research paper presentation, there were experts from institutions like MJPRU, UAS, Dubai, Nepal, Bhutan, Prayag Raj KCML, Delhi, BHU VBS Purvanchal, Gorakhpur University, Banaras Hindu University, Dayalbhag University, Mumbai University, Pune, Kumaun University, Rajasthan University, Siddharth University, AIMT, Varanasi, Centeal University, Motihari. Many teachers from Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and other universities participated in the program by appearing in online mode and offline. In the paper presentation, Prof. Sanjay Mishra, Prof P.B. Singh, Dr. Priya Saxena, Dr. Charu Mehrotra, Dr. Kirti Prajapati, Dr. Anurag Aggarwal, Dr. Ashok Kumar, Dr. Saurav Verma, Dr. Trilochan Sharma, Dr. Amit Singh, Dr. Manjula Singh, Alpana Katiyar, Dr. Vivek Singh, Dr. Jainul Nisha, Prof. Sanjeev Gupta. , Dr. Richa Sinha, Dr. Bhumika Singh Sengar, Dr. Sunil Kumar, Dr. Nidhi Shanker, Juhi Naseem, Dr. Ravi Shankar, Dr. Atul Sarojwal, Kamini Vishwakarma, Prof. Anupama Mehrotra etc. gave important suggestions in their papers.
More than 200 students from Bhutan participated in the conference. Participants from all over the world had registered for the conference. Participants from countries like Dubai, Nepal, USA, Bhutan also registered. Registrations were also done from Indian states like Tamil Nadu, Calcutta, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Haryana, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh. Dean Academics NRC College, Paro Bhutan, Prof. Karma Drukpa also had an important contribution. He gave vote of thanks. Dr Kunzang Drukpa, President NRC, Royal University, Bhutan delivered the welcome address. Bhutan’s local coordinator Mr. Lahto Jamba took care of all the arrangements for the stay in
Bhutan of the participants and guests attending the program.
