Mumbai: As anticipation built around Raja Shivaji, actor-filmmaker Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh marked a meaningful moment by visiting the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Temple to seek blessings.
The couple performed a traditional aarti, offering prayers for the film’s journey, and spent time interacting with fans who had gathered in large numbers. The atmosphere was vibrant, with energetic dhol-tasha performances and women dressed in traditional navvari sarees adding to the cultural fervour. Fans also created a striking Raja Shivaji-themed rangoli, reflecting their enthusiasm and support.
Backed by Jio Studios and Mumbai Film Company, the film features a powerful ensemble including Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan, Vidya Balan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Boman Irani, Bhagyashree, Fardeen Khan, Jitendra Joshi and Amol Gupte.
