What sparked your interest in acting, and when did you decide to pursue it as a career? Can you share some memories from your early days in the entertainment industry?  How did your family support your decision to become an actress?

My passion for acting started when I won a Talent Hunt event in Delhi. That moment made me realize that acting wasn’t just a hobby for me—it’s something I wanted to do for life. It gave me the confidence to pursue it as a  career. In the beginning, my parents and I would travel from Jodhpur to Delhi for auditions and small roles. Those times were a mix of excitement and difficulties. It wasn’t always easy, but every small step helped me grow, and I’m grateful for those experiences. My family, especially my mother, has been my biggest pillar of strength. She was always there, helping me balance my studies and acting by preparing notes and pushing me to keep going. Without her support, it would have been much harder to manage everything.

Which role would you consider your breakthrough performance, and why? What were some challenging experiences you faced in your early days as an actress? How do you handle rejection or criticism?

I feel like my breakthrough role is still on its way, but my part in “Behind Closed Doors” for HBO taught me so much. It was a great learning experience, and I was able to grow a lot as an actor through that project. Balancing my acting and studies was definitely challenging. I had to make sure my attendance was up to the mark and that my assignments were completed on time. It required a lot of juggling between the two. Rejection is just part of the job. I try not to let it get me down. Instead, I focus on improving myself and learning from each experience. It’s all about getting better with every opportunity.

What inspires your performances, and how do you prepare for a role? Who are some actors or directors who have influenced your work? How do you balance creativity with commercial viability?

I get inspired by real-life experiences. Whenever I prepare for a role, I dive into research and practice. It helps me connect with the character and bring out the best in my performance. I admire a lot of actors and directors, especially those who play strong and powerful characters. They inspire me to challenge myself and push my boundaries. It’s all about understanding what the audience likes, but at the same time, I stay true to my artistic vision. I try to balance both by working on projects that allow me to express my creativity while also being relatable to the audience.

How do you manage your work-life balance? What are some hobbies or interests you enjoy outside of acting? How important is social responsibility to you, and how do you contribute?

I try to prioritize my tasks and set aside time for both work and relaxation. Spending time with family is also very important to me, and I make sure to make time for that as well. Outside of acting, I love painting and sketching. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed. I also listen to music as a way to relax and unwind. Yes, social responsibility means a lot to me. I use my platform to raise awareness about different issues and encourage people to be more conscious of the world around them.

What upcoming projects can you share with us? Are there any genres or roles you’d like to explore in the future? What are your long-term goals as an actress?

Right now, I’m shooting for a show on Star Plus called “Do Dooni Pyaar,” and I’m also working in a show  ‘Shrimad Ramayan’ for Sony Sab. Both are exciting projects and I am enjoying working for both.  In the future, I’d love to try out different kinds of roles, especially in drama and thriller genres. I want to keep challenging myself and try roles that are outside of my comfort zone. My long-term goal is to keep growing as an actress and take on challenging roles that resonate with audiences. I want to keep evolving and leave a lasting impact through my work.

What message would you like to convey to your fans? How do you stay connected with  your fans?

To my fans, I want to say a big thank you! Your support means everything to me, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without you. I truly appreciate it. I stay connected with my fans mainly through social media. I love sharing updates about my life and my work. It’s a great way to keep them involved and let them know what’s happening behind the scenes.
