Rachin Ravindra created history
Rachin Ravindra is only the fifth foreign player to score two centuries on the Bangalore ground. Before him, only Australia’s Michael Clarke, Adam Gilchrist, Ricky Ponting and New Zealand’s Ross Taylor have achieved this feat. This 24-year-old young star has now joined this club. In 2012, Ross Taylor played an innings of 113 runs in Bangalore. After this, this is the first time that a New Zealand batsman has scored a century in India. Taylor also scored a century at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.
