Vindhyanagar: NTPC Vindhyachal has been honored with the prestigious Platinum Award at the 2nd Green Enviro Environment Excellence Awards in recognition of its outstanding contributions to environmental conservation and sustainable energy generation.

The award was received by Sanjay Prakash Yadav, Additional General Manager (EMG), on behalf of NTPC Vindhyachal during a ceremony held in Guwahati on June 12, 2026. The honor was presented by Padma Shri awardee Jadav Payeng, popularly known as the “Forest Man of India” for his remarkable contribution to environmental conservation.
