Mumbai: Aamrapali Dubey may not have walked away with the captaincy in the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20, but the actress once again showed why she can command attention without needing a title. From encouraging her friends to take their chance at captaincy to standing up for Yung DSA and guiding Rhiti Tiwari, Aamrapali’s presence reflected confidence, maturity and a strong sense of responsibility.
The captaincy proceedings brought out Aamrapali’s supportive side. While choosing the contenders, she pushed her friends Rhiti Tiwari, Love Gill and Mary Kom to put themselves forward. Rather than keeping the focus only on herself, Aamrapali encouraged people she shares a bond with to take their opportunity. Her approach showed that her equations inside the house are not merely about personal advantage, but also about wanting her friends to get their moment.

Aamrapali’s leadership qualities became even more visible when the captaincy task intensified. During the confrontation between Qazi Touqeer and Yung DSA, she stood up for Yung and made her position clear. The task itself became increasingly physical and heated, with the Qazi-Yung confrontation becoming one of the major moments of the episode.
What also stood out was Aamrapali’s ability to balance friendship with honesty. After the earlier diss battle, she had openly told Rhiti that she did not agree with the way she had handled the situation. At the same time, when the captaincy task began, Aamrapali continued to support her friend. This showed that for her, standing by someone does not necessarily mean blindly agreeing with everything they do.
Aamrapali was also seen listening to Rhiti and explaining to her how she could conduct herself better with the other housemates. Instead of simply fuelling the situation, she tried to make her friend understand the importance of handling relationships and disagreements more carefully.

That balanced approach has become one of Aamrapali’s defining qualities inside the house. She can be vocal when she feels something is wrong, protective towards the people she cares about and still composed enough to have a conversation when emotions are running high.
Although the captaincy eventually went to Gullu for the second consecutive time, Aamrapali’s journey through the task offered a different kind of victory. She showed that leadership is not limited to wearing the captain’s badge. Sometimes, it is about encouraging others, taking a stand, listening to people and knowing when to guide them.
Aamrapali may not have become the captain this time, but the episode once again showed why she continues to carry herself like a queen. For her, the title may be temporary, but the qualities that make a leader are already part of her game.
