N Chandrababu Naidu swearing in scheduled for June 12

Amaravati: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N. Chandrababu Naidu will take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in Vijayawada on June 12. N. Chandrababu Naidu will take oath at 11.27 am, the auspicious time decided by his advisors. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Kesarpalli IT Park near Gannavaram Airport in Vijayawada. Governor S. Abdul Nazir will administer the oath of office and secrecy to him.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his cabinet colleagues, Chief Ministers of various states, leaders of BJP and other NDA allies will attend the swearing-in ceremony. It is not clear yet whether some ministers will also take oath along with N. Chandrababu Naidu. 74-year-old Naidu will take oath as Chief Minister for the fourth time. This will be the second time he will take oath as the Chief Minister of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Earlier there was a discussion that Chandrababu Naidu will take oath on June 9. But on the same day Narendra Modi will take oath as Prime Minister for the third time. In such a situation, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu has postponed his swearing-in. Since June 12 is a good opportunity, the party finalized that day. Along with this, preparations are being made on a large scale.

He has been the Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh between 1995 and 2004 and after the division of the state, he was the Chief Minister from 2014 to 2019.
