MJPRU Opens Admissions for BBA (Honours) Programmes for Academic Session 2026–27

Bareilly: The Department of Business Administration at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly, has commenced the admission process for its undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programmes for the 2026–27 academic session.

The university aims to prepare future business leaders and entrepreneurs by offering quality management education supported by modern teaching methodologies, industry-oriented training and research opportunities.

Admissions are open for the following programmes:

  • BBA – Three-year undergraduate programme
  • BBA (Honours) – Four-year undergraduate honours programme
  • BBA (Honours with Research) – Four-year research-oriented undergraduate programme

The department offers 60 seats, along with six seats under the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category. Students who have successfully completed 10+2 in any stream are eligible to apply.

According to the university, the Department of Business Administration provides students with experienced faculty, an industry-focused curriculum, opportunities for research, smart classrooms, digital learning facilities, modern computer laboratories and a well-equipped library. The department also organises seminars, workshops and interactive sessions with industry experts, while offering internship opportunities, placement assistance and personality and skill development programmes.

University officials said the department’s objective is not only to award degrees but also to equip students with the knowledge, leadership qualities and entrepreneurial skills required to excel in the corporate world and contribute meaningfully to society.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.P. Singh encouraged aspiring students to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the university’s management programmes.

“Education is not merely a means of securing employment but the foundation of leadership, innovation and social responsibility. If young people pursue their goals with discipline, determination and a commitment to continuous learning, they can achieve personal success while making significant contributions to nation-building,” he said, welcoming students to the university and wishing them success in their academic journey.

The university administration has appealed to students from Uttar Pradesh and across the country to apply within the stipulated time and benefit from the institution’s comprehensive management education programmes.
