Lucknow: 160 master trainers will be given training regarding the Lok Sabha elections. After the training, the master trainer will train other personnel engaged in the elections.
District Election Officer Suryapal Gangwar held a meeting with master trainers at the Collectorate regarding the Lok Sabha elections. He said that to conduct transparent and fair elections, it is necessary to have complete information about the election process. He said that along with conducting the voting through EVMs, master trainers will also provide training to the personnel conducting the voting. Master trainers will be given training on election methods, polling booth preparation, polling booth preparation etc.
He directed to complete the basic facilities like availability of water, electricity, ramps and vehicles, regular cleaning of toilets, wheelchairs etc. at the polling stations well in advance. The District Election Officer instructed the master trainers to install training panels in every room in KKC. So that complete information about Lok Sabha General Election- 2024 can be given to the polling officers. 5-5 EVMs should be installed in each room of KKC. During training, the presentation should be divided into three stages.
Computer operator should be appointed in every room. ADM (Administration), ADM (East), ADM (Judicial), ADM (Trans Gomti), District Development Officer, Basic Education Officer, District Science Officer etc. were present in the meeting.
