Lucknow Police Solve Ankit Lodhi Murder Case, Four Arrested

Lucknow: The police have solved the murder case of Ankit Lodhi, which took place in the Kakori police station area. A joint team of the Surveillance Cell and DCP West successfully arrested four accused in connection with the crime.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Sumit Kanojia, Sarvan alias Tauwa, Anshu Yadav alias Kali, and Ranjit Kumar. The police also recovered two motorcycles used in the crime.

According to DCP West Vishwajeet Srivastava, the murder was driven by a land dispute and an old rivalry. The dispute revolved around a plotting land issue. Two years ago, the friend of Ankit Lodhi’s rival, Dharmendra Pal, was also shot dead.

Accused Golu Yadav and Tauwa alias Sarvan Yadav had recently been released on bail. The police are still searching for two more absconding suspects. The DCP confirmed that an in-depth investigation is ongoing, and further details may emerge as the case progresses.
