Looks like Israel has a plan

Tel Aviv: Over 30 million shekels ($8.2 million) were allotted by Israel’s Ministry of the Negev, Galilee, and National Resilience for the creation and growth of youth departments within local government.

According to the Ministry, the funding is being provided to support young people’s economic integration while also enabling them to reach their full potential. The youth departments will assist youth with job and education initiatives after receiving funding.
