Mumbai: Lohia Corp Limited, a leading manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the technical textiles industry, will open its ₹3,547 crore initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on July 23, 2026, offering investors an opportunity to participate in the company’s public market debut.
Formerly known as Kanpur Packaging Machines Limited, the company has fixed the price band at ₹404 to ₹425 per equity share of face value ₹1. The public issue will remain open for subscription until July 27, 2026.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 35 equity shares and thereafter in multiples of 35 shares.
The IPO is entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS), under which the company’s promoters and other existing shareholders will sell more than 25.9 million equity shares. As the issue is an OFS, the proceeds from the share sale will be received by the selling shareholders rather than the company.
Under the book-building process, 75 per cent of the net offer has been reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15 per cent for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) and 10 per cent for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs).

Lohia Corp is among the global leaders in manufacturing machinery used for producing polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) woven fabrics and raffia bags, which are widely used in packaging, agriculture and industrial applications.
The company reported strong financial performance during FY 2025–26, with operating revenue rising to ₹17,169.95 million and net profit reaching ₹1,934.52 million, reflecting sustained demand for its products and expanding global presence.
The issue is being managed by Equirus Capital Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, which are acting as the book-running lead managers.
Following the completion of the offering, Lohia Corp proposes to list its equity shares on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE. Investors are advised to carefully review the company’s offer documents, financial disclosures and risk factors before making any investment decisions.
