Leaders Participate in Bada Mangal Bhandara Organised by Vijay Paradise Parivar

Lucknow: A large community feast (Bhandara) was organised by the Vijay Paradise Parivar on the occasion of the first Bada Mangal of the auspicious month of Jyeshtha at Pitambara Lawn in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow on Tuesday. The event witnessed the participation of several prominent political and social figures.

Senior BJP leader Neeraj Singh and BJP Lucknow city president Anand Dwivedi, along with former Lucknow East MLA O.P. Srivastava, attended the event and distributed prasad among devotees and the needy.

The program began in the morning with traditional worship of Lord Hanuman followed by a recitation of the Sundarkand. Members of the organising body, including Vijay Singh Bhadauria of Vijay Paradise Parivar, BJP leader Arpit Singh, and Ashutosh Tiwari, City Minister of BJP Yuva Morcha (Lucknow Mahanagar), offered bhog to Lord Hanuman before commencing the food distribution.

Devotees were served a variety of items as prasad, including puri, sabzi, buttermilk (mattha), boondi, bananas, and apples. A large number of faithful and local residents gathered at the venue to partake in the religious and charitable event.

During the programme, several dignitaries were also honoured for their presence and contribution. Among those felicitated were Neeraj Singh, Anand Dwivedi, BJP State Vice President Braj Bahadur Bhardwaj, former MLA O.P. Srivastava, Lucknow Bar Association President G.N. Shukla, and Gaurav Singh Chauhan. They were presented with bouquets, traditional ang vastra, and idols of Lord Hanuman and Lord Ram as a mark of respect.

The event highlighted the spirit of community service and devotion associated with Bada Mangal, a significant festival dedicated to Lord Hanuman, widely observed across Lucknow with religious fervour and charitable activities.
