The registration window will remain open from June 1 to June 30, 2026, and applications can be submitted exclusively through the official LDA portal. Flats will be allotted through a transparent lottery system.
Under the scheme, registrations have been invited for 276 flats at Ashbagh Square and 118 flats at Park View Apartments, making a total of 394 units available for prospective buyers. Applicants are required to deposit a registration fee equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated flat cost, while reserved category applicants will pay 2.5 percent.
Located on Mill Road in Ashbagh, the Ashbagh Square project will comprise 384 premium 3-BHK plus servant-room apartments, each measuring approximately 1,900 square feet. Prices start at around ₹1.11 crore. Of the total units, 108 flats have already been allotted through an earlier lottery, while registrations have now been opened for the remaining 276 flats.
Similarly, the Park View Apartment project, situated opposite Rashtriya Prerna Sthal in the Basant Kunj Scheme area, will feature 364 residential units. The apartments will be available in approximately 154 sq. m. and 195 sq. m. configurations. Prices for the 3-BHK category begin at around ₹75 lakh, while 3-BHK plus study units start at approximately ₹95 lakh. Out of the total inventory, 246 flats have already been allotted, leaving 118 units available in the current registration phase.

According to LDA officials, construction of both projects is targeted for completion within three years, while possession of the flats is expected to be handed over within five years. Successful applicants will be allowed to pay the remaining amount in installments spread over 36 months. Buyers opting for early full payment within 45 to 90 days of allotment will be eligible for discounts ranging from 4 to 6 percent.
Both residential complexes are being developed at prime locations with strong connectivity and will offer modern lifestyle amenities, including a swimming pool, landscaped parks, clubhouse, children’s play area, elevators, power backup, and ample parking facilities. The projects are expected to cater to the growing demand for high-quality residential housing in the state capital.
