Joint B.Ed. Entrance Examination 2026 Conducted Successfully and Peacefully Across Bareilly District

Bareilly: The Uttar Pradesh Joint B.Ed. Entrance Examination 2026 was conducted successfully across 13 examination centres in Bareilly district on Sunday. The examination was organized by Bundelkhand University, while the responsibility for coordination and execution in Bareilly was entrusted to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University.

The examination was held under the guidance and continuous supervision of Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.P. Singh, who regularly reviewed the preparations and issued necessary directions to ensure smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of the examination. University officials stated that meticulous planning and effective coordination contributed significantly to the successful organization of the test.

A total of 5,561 candidates had registered for the entrance examination in Bareilly district. In the first session, conducted for Question Paper-I, 5,012 candidates appeared while 549 remained absent. In the second session, held for Question Paper-II, 5,023 candidates appeared and 538 candidates were absent. Both sessions were conducted according to schedule in a peaceful and disciplined environment.

The examination arrangements were effectively implemented under the leadership of Registrar and Nodal Officer Harish Chand and Nodal Coordinator Prof. S.K. Pandey. District Coordinator Prof. Yatendra Kumar and Deputy Nodal Officer Dr. Praveen Singh continuously monitored and supervised all examination-related activities to ensure smooth functioning at every centre.

To maintain transparency and fairness, representatives appointed by the organizing university, Prof. L.C. Sahu and Suresh Maurya, visited various examination centres across the district and reviewed the arrangements. They expressed satisfaction with the overall management and appreciated the smooth and efficient conduct of the examination.

Special arrangements were made for the secure distribution and collection of confidential examination materials. Under the coordination of Additional District Magistrate (City) Avinash Tripathi, district administration officials ensured the safe and timely transportation of examination materials to all centres and their secure return after the completion of the examination.

Comprehensive security measures were implemented at every examination centre. Candidate entry procedures, identity verification, biometric attendance, CCTV surveillance, and other mandatory protocols were carried out in accordance with prescribed guidelines. Observers appointed by the university conducted continuous inspections to ensure transparency and adherence to examination norms.

Officials noted that no incidents of malpractice, technical disruptions, law-and-order issues, or other irregularities were reported from any examination centre during the course of the day. The entire examination was completed in a calm, fair, and disciplined atmosphere, reflecting the effective coordination between the university and district administration.

Registrar and Nodal Officer Harish Chand expressed gratitude to the district administration, police authorities, Bundelkhand University, representatives of the organizing university, centre superintendents, observers, invigilators, and all officials and staff members who contributed to the successful conduct of the examination.

District Coordinator Prof. Yatendra Kumar also thanked Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.P. Singh, Registrar Harish Chand, Nodal Coordinator Prof. S.K. Pandey, Deputy Nodal Officer Dr. Praveen Singh, representatives of Bundelkhand University, district and police officials, observers, centre heads, invigilators, and all personnel involved in the examination process.

He stated that the successful conduct of the Joint B.Ed. Entrance Examination 2026 in Bareilly was made possible through the dedication, vigilance, and coordinated efforts of all departments and officials involved, ensuring a transparent, fair, and well-organized examination process.
