Jaipuria Incubation Foundation Strengthens Startup Growth Through Industry Connect

Lucknow: Jaipuria Incubation Foundation (JIF), the incubation and entrepreneurship platform of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, is continuing its efforts to help startups move beyond incubation by connecting them with industry, customers, investors and wider business networks.

As part of this initiative, JIF supported its incubated PropTech startup Propertiezzzz.com in organising the UP RERA Agents Empowerment Meet 2026 at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. The event brought together RERA-registered real estate professionals, government and regulatory officials, financial institutions, developers and other industry stakeholders.

The gathering provided an important platform for the startup to engage directly with potential customers, explore business opportunities, build partnerships and understand emerging requirements within the real estate ecosystem.

The event was attended by Gyanendra Verma, Additional Secretary, LDA, and Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Chairman, Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), among other distinguished guests.

One of the key attractions of the event was Propertiezzzz’s Tap-on Card and digital professional profile initiative, designed to help RERA professionals build stronger digital identities and make networking more seamless. Discussions during the programme also covered RERA compliance, technology adoption, artificial intelligence, consumer confidence and emerging trends in the real estate sector.

Dr. Jyoti Dewan, Chair, Jaipuria Incubation Foundation, said that JIF’s focus is on giving its startups meaningful access to industry, customers and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. She said supporting Propertiezzzz in bringing together stakeholders from its target sector was an example of how the foundation seeks to create direct industry connections for its incubated ventures.

Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, emphasised the growing role of technology in modern business and highlighted the importance of trust, transparency and technology in building sustainable professional ecosystems.

The initiative underlines JIF’s approach of combining incubation support with practical market exposure. By creating platforms where startups can interact directly with industry stakeholders, the foundation aims to help its ventures develop stronger networks, identify new opportunities and translate innovative ideas into sustainable businesses.
