Rajkot: The Old RKCian Association of the 155-year-old Rajkumar College, Rajkot, organized a heartfelt event to honor former and current teachers, marking a proud moment for the institution. Over 150 educators were felicitated, making it possibly the first college in the country where alumni have paid tribute to their teachers.
Presiding over the ceremony, Thakur Mandhatasinh Jadeja of the Rajkot royal family emphasized the college’s legacy as one of India’s premier public schools. He praised the institution’s unique approach to developing well-rounded citizens through academics, sports, and moral values, upheld by generations of dedicated teachers.
