Lucknow | A five-day painting exhibition titled “Abhivyakti Pradarshini” was organized at the State Lalit Kala Akademi, where senior journalist Sharat Pradhan inaugurated the event on Tuesday. The exhibition showcases artworks by nearly 70 emerging and established artists from the city, highlighting themes such as social concerns, nature, culture, and human emotions through creative visual expression.
More than 60 young artists from various schools and colleges also participated in the exhibition, presenting paintings and artistic creations that drew appreciation from visitors and art enthusiasts alike.
The exhibition offers a diverse collection of artworks reflecting imagination, creativity, and contemporary social thought, making it a vibrant platform for both experienced and budding artists.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, chief guest Sharat Pradhan encouraged the participating artists and praised their dedication toward art. He said the paintings displayed at the exhibition represent the sensitivity, imagination, and hard work of the artists in a remarkable way.
He further stated that the artists had successfully portrayed their emotions and social perspectives through impactful artistic presentations.
Motivating the young participants, Pradhan said that with continued dedication, discipline, and passion for creativity, these artists could achieve significant recognition in the future and make valuable contributions to the field of art and culture.
The exhibition will continue for five days and is expected to witness strong participation from students, art lovers, and cultural enthusiasts across the city.
