Lucknow: The Placement Cell of National PG College successfully organized Elevate 2.0 on 26 May 2026 in the college auditorium. The event was conducted to provide students with employment opportunities and facilitate interaction with company representatives.
The program commenced at 9:00 AM with the registration process, after which students were seated in the auditorium for the inaugural session. During the ceremony, students who had been selected through campus placements were felicitated for their achievements.
More than 1000 students participated in the event, with participation from 8–10 colleges from Lucknow and outside the city. A total of 24 companies participated in Elevate 2.0, including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, NIIT, Genpact, Jaro Education, Vivo, CMS, and several other reputed organizations. During the placement drive, 25 students received offer letters with salary packages ranging between Rs. 5 Lakh to Rs. 10 Lakh per annum.
Dignitaries and company representatives were welcomed with bouquets, followed by the National Anthem. After the inaugural session, the interview process began in the auditorium. Mr. Abhinav Dwivedi, Training & Placement Officer, briefed the audience about the successful journey of Elevate from last year to this year and highlighted the growing industry participation and placement opportunities being created for students. The Principal of the college appreciated the efforts of the Placement Cell and emphasized that such initiatives bridge the gap between academics and industry, providing students with valuable career opportunities and professional exposure.

For smooth coordination, students were divided into different interview slots and groups of ten students each. Waiting arrangements were made, and students were guided according to their allotted slots for the interview process. The interviews were conducted throughout the day with the support of faculty members and volunteers.
At the conclusion of the event, mementos were presented to the company representatives as a token of appreciation for their presence and participation. Dr. Shalini Lambagave delivered the vote of thanks. Prof. Dr. P. K. Singh and Prof. Dr. Ram Krishna Jaiswal, along with other faculty members, were also present during the event.
Elevate 2.0 concluded successfully with the cooperation and support of faculty members, volunteers, students, and participating organizations. The event provided students with valuable exposure to the professional recruitment process.
