Lucknow: As part of the “Nari Shakti Vandan” initiative under the directives of the Chancellor, an engaging dialogue on the theme “Healthy Women – Developed Nation” was organised at the Birju Maharaj Kathak Institute.
The programme, conducted under the Culture Department of Uttar Pradesh, brought together students, educators, and parents for a meaningful discussion on women’s health and well-being. The event featured Rashmi Chaturvedi as the chief speaker, who shared her insights on maintaining a balanced lifestyle, proper routine, and the importance of health awareness among women.
In her address, Dr. Chaturvedi emphasized that a healthy woman forms the foundation of a strong society and a developed nation. Using practical examples, she highlighted how lifestyle choices directly impact overall well-being and productivity.

The programme was graced by the presence of institute Chairperson Kumkum Dhar and Vice Chairperson Mithlesh Tiwari. The session was effectively conducted by trainer Upasana Dixit.
Students of the institute, along with parents, teachers, and staff members, participated enthusiastically in the event, making it both informative and inspiring. The dialogue reinforced the importance of prioritising women’s health as a key step toward national development.
