Lucknow: Representatives of various religious and social organisations met Union Defence Minister and Lucknow MP Rajnath Singh at his Lucknow residence. Metropolitan President Anand Dwivedi, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, General Secretary Pushkar Shukla were mainly present during the meeting.
Media in-charge Praveen Garg said that during the meeting at the residence, State President Bhupendra Singh and State General Secretary MLC Govind Narayan Shukla, MLA Fateh Bahadur Singh and public representatives and senior officials also met him.

All expressed their gratitude to the Defense Minister for the unprecedented development taking place in Lucknow and submitted demand letters regarding other requirements. The Defense Minister assured everyone to take necessary action.
