The decision was taken keeping in mind the security of CM’s state tour, rallies, religious places, Kumbh Mela and important high priority establishments.

UP Police’s strong preparation is in view of the possible threat from various terrorist groups and anti-national forces. UP Police will buy 91 equipment worth Rs 1.02 crore.
The police department is to buy three state-of-the-art drone cameras, the total cost of which is Rs 42 lakh
34 dresscams cost Rs 6 lakh 80 thousand, 4 night vision cameras cost Rs 28 lakh 40 thousand. While touring the districts, these will be attached to the personnel deployed for the security of CM and Governor and fleet vehicles
