On the eve of the nation’s 78th Independence Day, Lucknow witnessed an exhilarating display of national pride and community spirit at a Tiranga Bike Rally organised by Surya Command, Indian Army.
The rally roared through the streets of Lucknow during the early hours on 14 Aug 2024.
The rally was held to commemorate 78th Independence Day and was flagged off by Lt Gen Anindya Sengupta, GOC-in-C Central Command. The event witnessed active participation of more than 100 serving officers and veterans of Indian Army on 78 motorcycles. Residents of Lucknow were mesmerised by such large group of motorcyclists carrying the National Flag to convey the message of Har Ghar Tiranga.
