Arjun and SBI Parks in Janakipuram Set for Makeover, Road to be Built in Faizullaganj Second Ward as MLA Performs Bhoomi Pujan

Lucknow — Dr. Neeraj Bora, MLA for Lucknow North, performed a bhoomi pujan (ground-breaking ceremony) today for the renovation and beautification of SBI Park and Arjun Park in Sector-F under Janakipuram First Ward. On the same day, the MLA also laid the foundation stone for a road construction project in Faizullaganj Second Ward. A total of Rs 63 lakh has been sanctioned for these development works.

Speaking at the bhoomi pujan for the parks, Dr. Bora said that parks are not merely places for recreation and leisure but an important part of a healthy lifestyle. He urged citizens to collectively take responsibility for keeping the parks clean and well-maintained, adding that the effort is to make the area’s parks clean, safe, green, and attractive so that people of all age groups can make better use of them.

In Faizullaganj Second Ward, the MLA also laid the foundation stone for a road connecting Ashok’s house to Shiv Bahadur Saroj’s house in Shyam Vihar Colony. Dr. Bora informed that Rs 35 lakh has been sanctioned for the beautification of Arjun Park, Rs 8 lakh for SBI Park, and Rs 20 lakh for the road construction work in Faizullaganj Second Ward.

The programme was attended by councillor representative Saurabh Tiwari, Dr. Girish Gupta, Sanjay Tiwari, B.N. Mishra, Sushant Sar, Kripa Shankar Mishra, Mandal President Shailendra Maurya, Ankush Bajpai, Shri Ram Sharan Singh, Dinesh Pal Singh, along with several other dignitaries and local residents.
