Rae Bareli: AIIMS Raebareli is the first institute to take the unique initiative of worshipping both the scriptures Charak Samhita and Harrison Book of Medicine together on the occasion of Dhanvantri Pujan at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS Raebareli.
Along with Dhanvantri Puja, AIIMS Director Professor Arvind Rajvanshi made people aware of the Ayurvedic system and distributed medicinal trees.
AIIMS Ayush Medical Officer Dr SK Pareek called Ayurveda the basis of health of life and told that only Ayurveda is the solution to cure all the root causes of diseases.
On the occasion of the above program, mainly Medical Superintendent Dr Suyash Singh along with Dr Parul, Dr Pragati Garg, Dr Shruti Singh, Puneet Maurya, Chemist Association President Dharmendra Trivedi and hundreds of people participated in the pujan.
