In government jobs, SC ST can get exemption in employment up to 40 years and OBC can get exemption up to 38 years. In such a situation, when they do not complete 25 years of service, how will they get the benefit of pension? That is why UPS is anti-Dalit and backward classes. UPS is a betrayal with the employees of the country. The UPS scheme should be stopped and the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) should be implemented. Aam Aadmi Party stands with the Old Pension Scheme.
He said that in our country if a person is an MP for 40 days, he gets pension but an employee works for 40 years but he does not get pension. He has demanded from the central government that the government should stop UPS and start Old Pension Scheme (OPS).
