Balrampur: The divisional meeting of the Uttar Pradesh Junior High School (Upper Primary) Teachers’ Association, Devi Patan Division, was held at PM Shri School in Dhusah, Balrampur.
The meeting was chaired by Veer Vikram Singh, National Vice-President and Divisional President of the Devi Patan unit. The main agenda was the upcoming divisional convention and election. Members decided to entrust Shravasti district with the responsibility of conducting this year’s election process.
Several senior office-bearers and representatives from the four districts of the division—Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti and Bahraich—attended the meeting. Among those present were Provincial Accountant Rajesh Kumar Shukla, Provincial Treasurer Suresh Kumar Singh, Provincial Joint Secretary Sushil Kumar, Balwant Singh and Bhupendra Srivastava.
Divisional General Secretary Arun Kumar Yadav and Divisional Treasurer Santosh Kumar Pandey also participated in the meeting.
District-level representatives included Gonda District President Ashok Kumar Pandey, Balrampur District President Kamruddin, Shravasti District President Ram Naresh Yadav and Bahraich District President Vidya Vilas Pathak.
Other attendees included Gonda District General Secretary Ajit Tiwari, Bahraich District General Secretary Praveen Srivastava, Shravasti District General Secretary Munawwar Mirza, Gonda District Treasurer Narendra Kumar Singh, along with Dev Prakash Pandey, Pathak, Ashok Shakya, Rajesh Kumar, Pankaj Pandey, Harish, Yashwant Pandey, Sant Baksh Singh and Rajdar Ahmed.
The meeting focused on preparations for the divisional convention and ensuring an organised process for the upcoming election.
