Mumbai: Taiwan-based technology company ASUS has expanded its Chromebook portfolio in India with the launch of the new ASUS Chromebook CX15 (CX1505CTA). Designed for students, young professionals and first-time laptop buyers, the device aims to offer a simple, cloud-based computing experience for study, work and entertainment.
Priced at ₹47,990, the ASUS Chromebook CX15 combines ChromeOS and Google AI with a vibrant display, long-lasting battery and a lightweight yet durable design. The company said the device is built to support everyday productivity, entertainment and secure computing.
The Chromebook CX15 works closely with the ChromeOS and Google ecosystem, offering users a secure cloud-based experience and tools for collaboration. From researching information and preparing presentations to attending online classes and working with peers, users can leverage Google’s latest AI features to simplify everyday tasks while developing AI-related skills for the future.
The device will be available through ASUS Exclusive Stores (AES), ROG Stores, authorised ASUS retail partners, Reliance Digital, the ASUS e-shop and other leading retail outlets across India. The launch also marks the first time ASUS Chromebook devices will be available through the company’s offline retail network in the country, allowing consumers to experience ChromeOS and Google AI in physical stores.
Customers can also access financing through ASUS Easy Pay, with 0 per cent no-cost EMI plans starting at ₹3,999 per month. The offer is aimed at making the device more accessible to students, families and young professionals. ASUS is additionally providing a one-year standard warranty and one year of accidental damage protection.
