New Delhi: In a significant step towards promoting women’s health and encouraging open dialogue on menopause, FICCI FLO, in partnership with Fortis Healthcare, organised “Menopause 360°”, a first-of-its-kind awareness initiative aimed at educating and empowering women with accurate information and holistic support.
The interactive session brought together more than 70 women entrepreneurs from FICCI FLO, who participated in engaging discussions and a lively question-and-answer session on the physical, emotional and psychological aspects of menopause.
The expert panel featured Dr. Tripat Choudhary, Principal Director, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Fortis La Femme, who explained the medical dimensions of menopause and the importance of timely healthcare. Dr. Abhay Ahluwalia, Director, Endocrinology, Fortis Hospital, Gurugram, discussed the hormonal and metabolic changes women experience during this phase of life, while Dr. Pallavi Sharma, Psychiatrist, Fortis Escorts, Okhla, highlighted the emotional and mental health challenges associated with menopause.
The discussion was moderated by television anchor and corporate moderator Ridhima Bhatnagar, who facilitated meaningful conversations between the experts and participants.
The event was attended by senior leaders from Fortis Healthcare and FICCI FLO National President Puja Garg, reinforcing the organisations’ shared commitment to advancing women’s health, breaking long-standing stigmas, and promoting informed, inclusive conversations around menopause.
