Former Railway Court Officer S.K. Sagar Appointed Special Judicial Magistrate in Gonda

Gonda: S.K. Sagar, a former Assistant Commercial Manager (Court) with North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur, has been appointed as the Special Judicial Magistrate at the District Court, Gonda, pursuant to an order of the Allahabad High Court. He assumed charge of the post earlier this week.

Before his appointment to the judiciary, Sagar served in several key positions in the North Eastern Railway, including as Assistant Commercial Manager (Court), where he gained extensive administrative and legal experience.

His appointment has been welcomed by members of the district judiciary and court staff. Judicial employees, including Amar Jeet Kumar, Mukesh Goswami, Vijay Yadav, Tilak Ram, Anant Ram, Sajal Srivastava, Manish Kumar, J.P. Srivastava, Sanjay Srivastava, Bhupendra Singh, S.K. Patel (Shibbu), Manoj Gupta, Ram Shankar Sonkar, Garima Singh, Shalini Srivastava and Shail Bala Singh, expressed their happiness and extended their best wishes.

Members of the legal fraternity, including Ram Pher Prajapati, Rajesh Ojha, Rajesh Dubey, Prakash Chandra Srivastava Agnivesh, Gyan Chandra Srivastava, Mahesh Tiwari, Shiv Kumar and Badrinath Mishra, also congratulated Sagar on his appointment. They expressed confidence that his experience and judicial responsibilities would contribute to the expeditious disposal of pending cases and help ensure timely justice for litigants in the district.
