Lucknow: Demonstrating its commitment to social responsibility and community engagement, Lulu Group International organized a special felicitation ceremony in collaboration with the Lucknow Traffic Police to recognize the dedicated service of traffic personnel. During the event, umbrellas and helmets were distributed to traffic police officers and staff in appreciation of their contribution to public safety and traffic management.
The ceremony was attended by Raghvendra Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Lucknow; Jayakumar Gangadharan; and Noman Aziz Khan, along with senior officials from the Traffic Police and Lulu Group.
Addressing the gathering, Raghvendra Singh thanked Lulu Group for the initiative, stating that such recognition programs boost the morale of traffic personnel and strengthen cooperation and trust between the police and society. He urged citizens to follow traffic regulations, wear helmets and seat belts regularly, and remain vigilant about road safety, emphasizing that ensuring safe roads is a shared responsibility.
Jayakumar Gangadharan praised the dedication of traffic police personnel who work tirelessly in all weather conditions to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety. He reiterated Lulu Group’s commitment to social causes and community welfare initiatives.
Noman Aziz Khan highlighted that Lulu Group’s vision extends beyond business excellence to creating positive social impact. He described the initiative as a meaningful example of collaboration between the corporate sector and public administration for the greater good.
During the event, umbrellas were distributed to traffic personnel, while women traffic officers were specially presented with helmets as a gesture of encouragement and support.
