Bareilly: The Department of Business Administration at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly, successfully conducted the final viva voce examination of research scholar Sonia Singla for her Ph.D. thesis on Thursday.
The research study, titled “A Study of Work-Life Balance among Women Faculty Members Working in Higher Educational Institutions in the Rohilkhand Region of Uttar Pradesh,” examined the challenges and dynamics of balancing professional and personal responsibilities among women academicians in the region.
The research was completed under the guidance of Prof. Tulika Saxena, faculty member and research supervisor in the Department of Business Administration. The external examiner for the viva voce was Dr. Amit Joshi from Kumaun University, Nainital, who posed several insightful and in-depth questions related to the study. Sonia Singla responded with confidence, clarity, and academic rigor, earning appreciation from the examination panel.
The committee commended the quality of the research, its contemporary relevance, and the practical significance of its findings. On the occasion, the Head of the Department and Dean congratulated Sonia Singla on her academic achievement and extended their best wishes for her future endeavors.
