In her research, she highlighted major legal and regulatory challenges associated with Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property Rights, and cyber crimes. She proposed several significant recommendations, including the clear identification of liability in cyber crimes, awareness programmes regarding cyber and AI-assisted crimes, separate reporting mechanisms for AI-related offences, and the establishment of an independent AI regulatory body to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

The scholar also suggested amendments to the definition clauses of the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Patent Act, 1970, to clearly recognize AI-assisted inventions and AI-generated innovations. Stressing the need for stronger data protection laws, she advocated for practical implementation of privacy safeguards and sector-specific AI regulations similar to European models.
