Lucknow: A case of alleged assault and intimidation has surfaced from Mahmoodpur village under the Kakori Police Station area, where a youth is accused of forcibly entering a home, abusing family members, and physically attacking them, leaving the victims shaken.
According to the complaint, the incident occurred on the evening of May 4 at around 8 pm in Lucknow. The accused, identified as Shiv Ji, allegedly entered the house of Neetu Singh without provocation and began using abusive language.
Assault and Misconduct Alleged
The victim, Neetu Singh, alleged that the accused assaulted him with kicks and punches. When his aunt, Maya Devi, intervened, she too was reportedly subjected to misconduct and physical assault.
Further Disturbance at Shop
The situation escalated further when the accused allegedly went to Maya Devi’s sand shop after the incident and created a disturbance there as well. The family claims that threats to their lives were issued, creating an atmosphere of fear.
Complaint Filed, Demand for Action
The victim has submitted a written complaint at Kakori police station, seeking strict legal action against the accused and protection for his family. The police are expected to examine the complaint and take appropriate steps based on the findings.
